We now can ship to virtually any address in the world. We use an automatic shipping software that, in most cases, gives you a choice of the shipper you’d like to use and the length of time it will take to receive your order. The costs and options will appear in your shopping cart before you place your order. Please note that shipping costs have risen dramatically in recent years. We do not profit from shipping your order. (Note that there may be restrictions on some products shipped to international destinations.)
Gift items and in-stock items usually ship within two business days. Limited editions may take up to three weeks; and framing of work can also add an additional three weeks. If you need your order sooner, please let us know by email and we will try to expedite it.
Gifts: You may return most new, unopened gift items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Limited Editions: Since most limited editions are special orders, we cannot guarantee a refund for your order. But please feel free to contact us in the event you would like a refund — we may be able to accomodate your request, although a restocking fee may apply. If your order has been custom-framed, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund — but, hey, you can always ask.
Originals: Original paintings are fully refundable, less the cost of handling, shipping and insurance.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
